NLP ALBANIA is a pioneering institution in our country, introducing for the first time in Albania the approach of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a psychological methodology that dates back to the 1970s. Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) involves the analysis of strategies employed by successful individuals and the application of these strategies to achieve personal goals. The etymology of the word acquaints us with three key elements:

• Neurology – because all behaviors are activated by our nervous system
• Linguistics – the science that studies language as a means of human communication
• Programming – the way humans interpret and perceive the world

Human beings create their experiences through the nervous system, experiences that are then filtered through language, giving them the meaning that the individual perceives as most suitable. The meanings individuals derive from these experiences are stored and used according to the predictions and goals they have for specific outcomes in life. This also explains how the three elements interact with each other.

Trainings that utilize NLP techniques may appear as complex processes, but their goal is straightforward: recognizing and reinforcing the best qualities and values in people. Equally straightforward is the goal of Fatjona Toska, the founder of NLP ALBANIA and a certified trainer abroad. She has been trained in one of the institutions licensed in NLP practices, specifically NLP Greece in affiliation with NLP University Santa Cruz, California (https://www.nlpgreece.gr/).

As the founder of DARE Albania, an initiative formed in the form of a series of speeches, with the primary objective of encouraging the courage of young people and making them believe in their dreams, accompanied by another objective – conveying values and a positive spirit that will later serve as inspiration for other young people. This inspiration can be brought to life by taking tangible steps, by acting to see the things one wishes to achieve. Fatjona decides to intertwine the objectives of DARE with the means to fulfill them, thus founding NLP ALBANIA and bringing NLP training to Albania.
